box Cornbread Stuffing Mix
can vacuum-packed corn
3 tbsp. Stick Butter
each chopped onion
1/4 c. Chopped parsley
- Put stuffing mix and corn in a large bowl. Melt 2 Tbsp butter in a large nonstick skillet. Add onion, celery, pepper and ham; sauté 7 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender.
- Add 2 cups water and remaining 1 Tbsp butter to skillet; bring to a boil. Add to stuffing; toss to moisten.
- Stuff neck and body cavities of turkey. Spoon remaining stuffing into a greased baking dish; drizzle with 1/4 cup water. Cover and bake at 350°F 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 15 minutes or until lightly browned.
