What if you like burgers that are considered junk food? Cook your favorite dish at home, of course! Indeed, in this case, you can choose useful products and collect your version of the popular American fast food.

Cooking method:

Prepare the ingredients. Wash tomatoes, dry and cut into slices. Rinse pickled cucumbers under cold water and cut into slices. Onion cut into half rings and marinate (to remove excess bitterness). To do this, take 150 ml. water, dissolve salt, sugar, vinegar in it and lower the onion into that solution for 15 minutes.

Cook patties for burgers. Ground beef pepper, salt and knead well.Next, the stuffing is divided into two parts, to form balls, and then slightly flatten them to make cakes (about 1 cm thick). Fry the tortillas in the pan without butter (3 minutes on each side). It is better to take a frying pan with a non-stick coating, heat it well, and then cook the chops.

Ready cutlets remove and fry sandwich buns in the same pan (put them cut down). It is enough to fry buns for 1 minute on each side.

Collect burger. Smear one half of the bun with ketchup, put the beef patty, add the mustard, put the cheese (until the patty has cooled so that it melts), top with onions, tomatoes, pickles and close the rest of the bun. Collect the second burger in the same way.
