  2. Continue to beat, add yolks, baking powder, flour and cocoa. After that add vegetable oil and mix gently. In this case, the dough remains airy.
  3. Lay out the dough in the form and smooth out well. Bake in the oven for about half an hour at 170 degrees.
  4. Take the finished sponge cake out of the mold, separate the paper and cool it. Then cut the cake length along to make two cakes. Put the bottom cake on the dish. You will need a metal ring that will not allow the cream to flow.
  5. Cut the second cake so that it turns out 6 rings 2 cm wide.
  6. Soak gelatin sheets in water. Mix vanilla sugar with cream and beat. Juice and lemon zest mixed with milk, sugar and cottage cheese and beaten with a mixer.
  7. Gelatin sheets are well pressed and melted. After that, add two spoons of curd cream to the gelatin. Pour the mixture into a container with cream and add the whipped cream.
  8. Lightly spread the bottom cake with cream. On top put the first, third and fifth rings cut from the second cake. Fill the space between the rings with cream.
  9. On the cream rings put the second, fourth and sixth rings, and fill the space between them with cream. After the cake should stand in the refrigerator for about 6 hours.
