  6. Half of the cheese we rub on a coarse grater and add to this mixture, salt and pepper. So we got a delicious sauce.
  7. Boiled potatoes lay out in a baking dish, sprinkle with herbs and fill with sauce. Sprinkle with all the remaining cheese on top.
  8. Send the dish to the preheated oven for 15 minutes. the temperature in the oven should be at 200 degrees. Before serving, it is better to sprinkle potatoes with greens.

Chinese Potatoes

Ingredients:

  • potato - 3 large pieces
  • chicken fillet - 150 gr. (very little)
  • soy sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • lemon juice - 1 tablespoon
  • onion - 1 pc.
  • carrots - 1 pc.
  • sweet pepper - 1 pc.
  • Tomato - 1 pc.
  • Chinese cabbage - 2 leaves
  • young beans - 2 pods
  • salt, spices

Recipe:

  1. First cook the chicken. Cut chicken fillet into strips, add soy sauce, lemon juice, chopped garlic and spices. Mix everything and leave to marinate for 15 minutes.
